Notification on Online Judgment Documents Concerning Commercial Affairs

In line with Provisions on People’s Court’s Publishing Judgment Documents Online, and related provisions of Rules for the Implementation of Publishing Judgment Document concerning Commercial Affairs Online by Beijing Higher People's Court, matters concerning publishing judgment documents concerning commercial affairs online are hereby notified below:

    I. Judgment documents concerning commercial affairs (paper of civil judgment, dismissed civil ruling paper) coming into force of the court shall be published online.

    II. Where the party involved considers that it is not proper to publish the judgment documents online, it shall propose submit written comments within 3 days after the service of the judgment document with reasons explained, and it will be deemed as having agreed if there is no dissent exceeding the time limit. Where the reasons are verified legitimate by commercial affairs trial division of the court, the judgment document will not be published online.
