Cardia: Smooth cardiac mucosa where no mucosal laceration was observed Gastric fundus: The fundic mucosa was smooth, and the mucous pool was clear with a little mucus. Remnant stomach: The mucosa was smooth, showing the change of red alternating with white, which was mainly red. The mucosa of the lesser curvature side of the remnant stomach showed postoperative changes and had a smooth surface. Anastomotic stoma: The mucosa was smooth and unobstructed. Duodenum: The duodenum was smooth and unobstructed.
Diagnostic results: Postoperative gastric cancer and stump gastritis No obvious abnormality was observed in the anastomotic stoma
Suggestions: Regular gastroscopy follow-ups.
