First, the certificate comes into effect after being signed by the medical staff with the professional title of attending doctor or above;
Second, the diagnosis is supposed to state the objective fact that the patient receives treatment in our hospital, and the suggestions proposed according to the above fact. Any subjective appraisal or judgment that the patient sees any doctor in any other hospital or any indirect reason leading to the disease (injury) is invalid;
Third, the clinical time and fees shall be subject to the actual fact. The opinions obtained by the doctor based on the similar diseases shall be just taken as reference.
Fourth, as for the sick leave, the duration shall not exceed three days for the patients suffering from the outpatient acute diseases, not exceed seven days for the patients suffering from chronic diseases, and not exceed one month as for the patients receiving inpatient treatment in principal (the sick leave can be appropriately lengthened for the patients suffering from tutor, tuberculosis or orthopedic diseases based on their diseases).
