I. Responsibilities of Management Level on Financial Statements

II. Responsibilities of Chinese Certified Public Accountants
Our responsibilities are to express audit opinions on the financial statements on the basis of executing audit work. We have executed audit work in accordance with the regulations of Audit Standards of Chinese Certified Public Accountants, which require us to obey vocational ethics norms, plan and execute audit work, in order to acquire reasonable assurance on whether the financial statements have serious misstatements or not.
