Notice|2019年寒假签证延期办理通知

寒假即将开始（2020年1月6日至2020年2月7日），为方便同学们假期安排，我们将于2019年12月15日至2019年12月31日期间接受签证延期申请。申请步骤如下：

Winter vacation is about to start (from January 6, 2020 to February 7, 2020). In order to facilitate the student’s holiday arrangement, we will accept visa extension application from December 15, 2019 to December 31, 2019. The application steps are as follows:

第一步:

Step 1:

自费生：先缴纳学费、购买保险；

奖学金生：无需缴纳学费、购买保险。

学费缴纳：先在辅导员处领取缴费通知单，然后到财务缴纳并领取学费收据；

保险缴纳：http://oa.lxbx.net/自助缴纳，产生电子收据。

Self-paid Students: Pay tuition fee and buy insurance first.

PAYMENT RECIEPT OF APPLICATION

Scholarship Students: No need to pay tuition fee nor buy insurance.

Tuition payment: First get the tuition payment notice from your Counsellor, and then go to the financial department to pay and take the payment receipt.

Insurance bill payment: Log in http://oa.lxbx.net/ for self-service payment, and then download the electronic receipt.

第二步:

Step 2:

自费生：上传学费收据、保险电子收据并提交签证申请；

奖学金生：上传保险电子收据并提交签证申请。

温馨提示：在2019年12月15日前需要申请签证的同学同时需要上传请假单。

Self-paid Students: upload tuition fee receipt, insurance electronic receipt and submit visa application;

Scholarship student: upload insurance electronic receipt and submit visa application.

Warm tip: Students who need to apply for visa before December 15, 2019 need to upload leave application form at the same time.

第三步:

Step 3:

等待签证申请审批（审批进度可参照签证申请页面的进度条），审批通过的学生，请按照通知携带必要的证件及文件到宝山留学生服务中心外事老师处领取签证申请函。（不得在签证申请函上做任何涂抹，否则作废）

Wait for the approval of visa application (For approval progress, please refer to the progress bar on the visa application page), and then according to the approved time go to the teacher who is responsible for Foreign Affairs at Baoshan International Student Service Centre with your student card and other necessary documents to get the visa application letter. (No mark/addition is allowed on the visa application letter, otherwise it will be considered invalid)

第四步：

Step 4：

领取签证申请函当日起10日内需到浦东民生路1500号处办理签证。

Apply for visa at “1500 Minsheng Road, Pudong District” within 10 days after receiving the visa application letter.

假期开始，无特殊需要不接受签证申请。望周知！

When the holiday starts, visa application will not be accepted without any special circumstances.
