CONSTRUCTION LIENS.

 建筑物的留置

Nothing contained in this Lease shall be deemed, construed or interpreted to imply any consent or agreement on the part of Landlord to subject Landlord’s interest or estate to any liability under any mechanic’s,construction or any otherlien law. Tenant covenants not to suffer or permit any mechanic's, materialmen's or construction or other liens to be filed against the fee interest of the Landlord, nor against Tenant's leasehold interest in theDemised Premises by reason of work, labor, services or materials supplied orclaimed to have been supplied to Tenant or any contractor, subcontractor or anyother party or person acting at the request of Tenant, or anyone holding theDemised Premises or any part thereof through or under Tenant. If a lien is filed, Tenant shall, within thirty (30) days after receiving notice of the filing thereof, notify Landlord in writing and cause the same to be discharged of record by payment, deposit, bond or order of a court of competent jurisdiction or otherwise.  Nothing in this Lease contained shall bedeemed or construed in any way as constituting consent by Landlord to themaking of any alterations or additions by Tenant for the purposes of N.J.S.A.2A:44-68 or any amendment thereof or constituting a request by Landlord,expressed or implied, to performance of any labor or the furnishing of anymaterials for the use or benefit of Landlord.
