一、拆译
当原文中的词语较难翻译，并且在翻译公司译人语中又很难恰当地译出时，就可以将这些 比较难翻译的词从句子中“拆”出，使其成为主句之外的一个补充成分，或重新组合 到译入语中。例如：
There is also distressing possibility that Alunni isn't quite the catch the police thought.
还存在这样一种可能性，被抓住的阿路尼不见得就是警察所预想的那个人，这种 可能性是让人泄气的。
Every British motorist will tell you that a radar is used most unfairly by the police to catch drivers who are only accidentally going a little faster than the speed limit.
每一位驾车的英国人都知道，警察用雷达来抓那些只是偶尔稍微超速行驶的人， 这种做法是很不公平的。
二、增译
增译就是根据意义、修辞和句法上的需要，在原文的基础上增添一些词语，以 使译文符合译入语的行文习惯，并在内容、形式和文化背景与联想意义上与原文相对 等。例如：
Day after day he came to his work--sweeping, scrubbing and cleaning.
他每天来干活扫地、擦地板、收拾房间。
Reading makes a full man； conference a ready man： writing an exact man.
读书使人充实；讨论使人机智；写作使人准确。
The sky is clear blue now, the sun has flung diamonds down on meadow and bank andwood.
此时已是万里蓝天，太阳把颗颗光彩夺目的钻石洒向草原，洒向河岸，洒向树林。
Basically, the theory proposed, among other things, that the maximum speed possible in the universe is that of light.
就其基本内容而言，这一学说提出的论点，除了别的之外，就是光速是宇宙中最 快的速度。
三、省译
省译就是省略原文中需要，而译文中不需要或译出反而显得累赘的词，以使译文 更加简练、明确，符合译入语的表达习惯。需要注意的是，省略并不能省略原文的思 想或内容。例如：
The sun was slowly rising above the sea.
太阳慢慢从海上升起。
Different kinds of matter have different properties.
不同的物质具有不同的特性。
In spring the day is getting longer and longer and the night shorter and shorter.
春季白天越来越长，夜晚越来越短。
He shrugged his shoulders, shook his head, cast up his eyes, but said nothing.
他耸耸肩，摇摇头，两眼看天，一句话不说。
Early to bed and early to rise is the way to be healthy and wise.
早睡早起使人健康、聪明。

It must also be dated and include the original signature（翻译件中必须有日期及亲笔签名） of the translator or an authorised official of the translation company.

加拿大（IRCC）
法规依据：Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations (SOR/2002-227)"Translations must not be done by the applicants themselves, nor by their representatives or consultants."要求严格——通常只接受以下两类译者：
· 加拿大认证翻译（Certified Translator）
· 有资质宣誓的译者（Commissioner for Oaths等）翻译件上通常需加盖认证翻译的【圆章】
需附宣誓书（Affidavit）或公证
普通翻译公司的翻译章可能不被IRCC认可
部分省份额外要求：
· 安大略省 → ATIO（安大略翻译协会）认证译员
