翻译认证声明（Certification Statement）应该怎么写？

认证声明应包含以下内容："I, [翻译人员全名], certify that I am competent to translate from [语言] into English and that the attached translation of [文件名称] is complete and accurate to the best of my knowledge and ability." 下方签署翻译人员的签名、打印姓名、地址和日期。USCIS不要求公证认证声明，翻译人员的签署即可。

美国移民局对翻译资质的翻译公司这样要求：

Please submit certified translations for all foreign language documents. The translator must certify that s/he is competent to translate and that the translation is accurate.

The certification format should include the certifier's name, signature, address, and date of certification. A suggested format is:
