新西兰签证文件，自己翻译还是到使馆翻译？

使馆不负责翻译的，我当时在使馆那见到一个文件袋上面有366 翻译社，就去那翻译，很多人，把东西交给他们工作人员，然后下楼吃了个饭，又逛了一圈，就翻译好了，拿了就走了，顺便说一声，签证文件自己翻译是不行的，得有翻译资质，就是翻译机构要盖章，签字

新西兰移民局：“为防止您的短期签证申请延误，签证申请人的关键支持文件应提供认证过的英文翻译（certified translations）”，新西兰移民局（INZ）不为签证申请人提供翻译。移民局接受以下机构或个人提供的翻译件：

* 来自新西兰内政部提供的翻译服务，或

* 来自社区内声誉良好的能够提供准确文件翻译的人士，或

* 来自使领馆或高级外交使团（需加盖相关机构印章），或

* 任何其他私人或官方翻译机构

通知说，申请人、他们的家庭成员和帮助签证申请的持牌移民中介不应翻译文件。临时签证申请人还需向新西兰移民局提供所有健康文件和警方证明的英文翻译。移民局表示，“我们目前正在考虑对所有支持信息强制执行英文翻译。 一旦我们做出决定，我们将公布更多相关信息。”移民局称对此有任何疑问，可以和移民局联络中心取得联系。

我单位的人办理特殊人才引进移民的时候，我在办公室桌子上见过一个翻译文件袋，366 翻 译 社，里面有美国移民局对翻译资质的要求：Please submit certified translations for all foreign language documents. The translator must certify that s/he is competent to translate and that the translation is accurate.

The certification format should include the certifier's name, signature, address, and date of certification. A suggested format is:

I [typed name], certify that I am fluent (conversant) in the English and ________ languages, and that the above/attached document is an accurate translation of the document attached entitled ______________________________.

出国带药需要完整包装吗？

是的需要，否则不知道是什么药，并且需要药单翻译件和病历/诊断证明翻译件，也有处方笺和诊断证明在一页的，这样只需要这一页处方笺翻译件。

入境带药需要什么手续？

1.根据《药品进口管理办法》(国家食品药品监督管理局令第4号)，进出境人员随身携带的个人自用的少量药品，应当以自用、合理数量为限，并接受海关监管。

2.根据国务院令第666号《麻醉药品和精神药品管理条例》（2016修订）规定及海关相关规定，

（1）因治疗疾病需要，个人凭医疗机构出具的医疗诊断书、本人身份证明，可以携带单张处方最大用量以内的麻醉药品和第一类精神药品；携带麻醉药品和第一类精神药品出入境的，由海关根据自用、合理的原则放行。参照卫生部《麻醉药品、精神药品处方管理规定》有关规定，一般麻醉药品、第一类精神药品注射剂处方为一次用量，其他制剂型处方不得超过3日用量，控缓释剂不超过7日用量；第二类精神药品比照对第一类精神药品的管理规定执行；第二类精神药品处方一般不得超过7日用量，对于某些特殊情况，处方用量可适当延长，但医师应注明理由。

（2）医务人员为了医疗需要携带少量麻醉药品和精神药品进出境的，应当持有省级以上人民政府药品监督管理部门发放的携带麻醉药品和精神药品证明。海关凭携带麻醉药品和精神药品证明放行。
