哪里翻译公司可以翻译房产证？

我司可以做房产证翻译公证盖章，新版叫不动产证，我司是个大使馆认可的有资质的翻译公司，翻译后做宣誓盖章签字得到签证使馆认可。用于办理移民签证翻译资料。

各国移民局对翻译资质的翻译公司这样要求：

Please submit certified translations for all foreign language documents. The translator must certify that s/he is competent to translate and that the translation is accurate.

The certification format should include the certifier's name, signature, address, and date of certification. A suggested format is:

Certification by Translator

I [typed name], certify that I am fluent (conversant) in the English and ________ languages, and that the above/attached document is an accurate translation of the document attached entitled ______________________________.

签证文件翻译，一般分为：出国留学签证，出国移民签证，和最常见的旅行签证三种类型。

①出国留学签证翻译的文件有：学历翻译，成绩单翻译，学位证书翻译，offer 翻译，户口本，银行存款证明翻译等。

②出国移民签证翻译的文件有：银行流水单翻译，房产证翻译，房屋买卖合同翻译，企业的利润表翻译，负债表翻译，现金流表翻译，个人的纳税证明翻译，社保证明翻译，收入证明翻译等资产证明文件。

③出国旅行签证翻译的文件有：出生证明翻译，结婚证翻译，房产证翻译，户口本翻译，存款单翻译，即：可以证明你一定会回来，不会非法滞留或由移民倾向的文件。

存款证明需要翻译吗？

需要，确定无疑，我在366 翻译社翻译的，我看他电脑里有无数个存款证明的翻译案例，由此可见，很多人翻译过，现在出国，无论去哪个国家，都需要你的存款证明，或者银行流水，或者股票基金等财产证明，至少也需要经济担保，可以确定的是，加拿大签证的时候需要翻译

 加拿大（IRCC）要求严格——通常只接受以下两类译者：

法规依据：Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations (SOR/2002-227)

"Translations must not be done by the applicants themselves, nor by their representatives or consultants."

· 加拿大认证翻译（Certified Translator）
· 有资质宣誓的译者（Commissioner for Oaths等）

• 翻译件上通常需加盖认证翻译的【圆章】

• 需附宣誓书（Affidavit）或公证

• 普通翻译公司的翻译章可能不被IRCC认可

• 部分省份额外要求：
  · 安大略省 → ATIO（安大略翻译协会）认证译员

美国EB-1移民文件翻译资质？

根据美国联邦法规8 CFR 103.2(b)(3)，提交给USCIS的任何外语文件都必须附有完整的英文翻译和翻译人员的认证声明。

认证声明需确认翻译的完整性和准确性，并声明翻译人员具备从该外语翻译为英语的能力。

值得注意的是，USCIS并不要求翻译由ATA（美国翻译协会）认证翻译师完成，也不要求公证——

只需翻译人员自行出具认证声明即可。翻译人员可以是专业翻译公司、独立翻译师，甚至是精通双语的朋友或家人，但不能是申请人本人。

翻译必须是逐字逐句的完整翻译，不得有遗漏或概括性总结
