国外结婚证离婚证单身证明在国内有效吗？有效！中国政府承认国外的结婚证（不包含事实婚姻），国外登记结婚后，需要当地公证机构公证，包含州认证和县认证以及海牙认证apostille，最后拿到中国领事馆做认证，必须要中国领事馆做认证，方可有效，最后需经有资质的翻译机构翻译后盖章，然后递交给中国政府（翻译公司营业执照和翻译资格证复印件盖章），完成！

法规依据：Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations (SOR/2002-227)"Translations must not be done by the applicants themselves, nor by their representatives or consultants."

要求严格——通常只接受以下两类译者：
· 加拿大认证翻译（Certified Translator）
· 有资质宣誓的译者（Commissioner for Oaths等）

翻译件上通常需加盖认证翻译的【圆章】

需附宣誓书（Affidavit）或公证

普通翻译公司的翻译章可能不被IRCC认可

部分省份额外要求：
· 安大略省 → ATIO（安大略翻译协会）认证译员
· 不列颠哥伦比亚省 → STIBC认证
