Clinical diagnosis: Achalasia of cardia
Imaging findings: Lung window: permeability of both lungs is normal. No obvious abnormal high and low density shadow found at both lungs. Trachea and bronchus are unobstructed, no stenosis found. No incrassation or displacement of interlobar fissure found. Mediastinal window: thorax is symmetry. No abnormity found in thoracic bone structure and soft tissue; no pulmonary hilar enlargement at both sides. No abnormal enlarged lymph nodes found in mediastinum. The vessel structure is clear and heart is normal. Esophagus should be expanded during the process. Gas-fluid level can be found inside. The enhanced esophageal wall has been enhanced evenly.
Imaging diagnosis and suggestions: Conform to achalasia of cardia.
