Please submit certified translations for all foreign language documents. The translator must certify that s/he is competent to translate and that the translation is accurate.

The certification format should include the certifier's name, signature, address, and date of certification. A suggested format is:

Certification by Translator

I [typed name], certify that I am fluent (conversant) in the English and ________ languages, and that the above/attached document is an accurate translation of the document attached entitled ______________________________.

 加拿大（IRCC）

法规依据：Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations (SOR/2002-227)"Translations must not be done by the applicants themselves, nor by their representatives or consultants."

要求严格——通常只接受以下两类译者：
· 加拿大认证翻译（Certified Translator）
· 有资质宣誓的译者（Commissioner for Oaths等）

翻译件上通常需加盖认证翻译的【圆章】

需附宣誓书（Affidavit）或公证

普通翻译公司的翻译章可能不被IRCC认可

部分省份额外要求：
· 安大略省 → ATIO（安大略翻译协会）认证译员
· 不列颠哥伦比亚省 → STIBC认证
