入院初诊，基本情况，初步判断，各种检查包含：CT,X光，血液，尿液，细胞化验，MR，PET-CT，超声影像等多种检查方式，
然后确诊生病，然后决定入院治疗或者吃药，那么久应该有入院报告翻译件，住院证翻译件，治疗过程，完整病历，诊断报告翻译件，手术同意书翻译件 ，出院报告翻译件，出院后还应该有医嘱，和医生建议，这样才会形成一个完整的，闭环的证据链。在这里，需要着重注意的是，就医的时间，要cover学生的请假时间。
