最近遇到好多同学过来翻译国外录取通知书，并要求盖章和提供翻译资质，问了一下，主要是用于办理护照使用，最近因为疫情，出入境管理处都要求非必要不出境了，所以需要翻译国外的录取通知书，也叫offer翻译盖章。其实翻译的时候可以多要两份，将来单位存档的时候也会要求国外录取通知书翻译中文盖章件一并提交，和学历成绩单翻译件一起。

美国EB-2移民文件翻译资质？

根据美国联邦法规8 CFR 103.2(b)(3)，提交给USCIS的任何外语文件都必须附有完整的英文翻译和翻译人员的翻译声明。

声明需确认翻译的完整性和准确性，并声明翻译人员具备从该外语翻译为英语的能力。

值得注意的是，USCIS并不要求翻译由ATA（美国翻译协会）认证翻译师完成，也不要求公证——

只需翻译人员自行出具认证声明即可。翻译人员可以是专业翻译公司、独立翻译师，甚至是精通双语的朋友或家人，但不能是申请人本人。

翻译必须是逐字逐句的完整翻译，不得有遗漏或概括性总结

我单位的人办理EB-2杰出人才引进移民的时候，我在办公室桌子上见过一个翻译文件袋，3 6 6 翻 译 社，里面有美国移民局对翻译资质的要求：
