国外结婚证在国内有效吗？

国外结婚证离婚证单身证明在国内有效吗？有效！中国政府承认国外的结婚证（不包含事实婚姻），国外登记结婚后，需要当地公证机构公证，包含州认证和县认证以及海牙认证apostille，最后拿到中国领事馆做认证，必须要中国领事馆做认证，方可有效，最后需经有资质的翻译机构翻译后盖章，然后递交给中国政府（翻译公司营业执照和翻译资格证复印件盖章），完成！
