加拿大（IRCC）
法规依据：Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations (SOR/2002-227)"Translations must not be done by the applicants themselves, nor by their representatives or consultants."要求严格——通常只接受以下两类译者：
· 加拿大认证翻译（Certified Translator）
· 有资质宣誓的译者（Commissioner for Oaths等）翻译件上通常需加盖认证翻译的【圆章】
需附宣誓书（Affidavit）或公证
普通翻译公司的翻译章可能不被IRCC认可

答不可以。USCIS要求翻译必须由申请人以外的第三方完成。这是为了确保翻译的客观性和准确性。申请人的配偶、父母、朋友等亲属可以作为翻译人员，但申请人本人不行。如果USCIS发现翻译是由申请人本人完成的，可能会发出RFE要求重新翻译。
