答需要，确定无疑，我在366 翻译社翻译的，我看他电脑里有无数个存款证明的翻译案例，由此可见，很多人翻译过，现在出国，无论去哪个国家，都需要你的存款证明，或者银行流水，或者股票基金等财产证明，至少也需要经济担保，可以确定的是，加拿大签证的时候需要翻译
加拿大（IRCC）要求严格——通常只接受以下两类译者：
法规依据：Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations (SOR/2002-227)
"Translations must not be done by the applicants themselves, nor by their representatives or consultants."
· 加拿大认证翻译（Certified Translator）
· 有资质宣誓的译者（Commissioner for Oaths等）翻译件上通常需加盖认证翻译的【圆章】

普通翻译公司的翻译章可能不被IRCC认可
部分省份额外要求：
